What we collect when you sign up for the free trial

• First name and surname
• Mobile number (optional)
• Company name, country, team size and website (optional)
• Email address
• Password (we store it only in hashed form)
• Your acceptance of our terms, and the date and version accepted
• Technical data: IP address and browser details (user agent), and information from the link you came from, such as campaign (UTM) parameters and the Meta click identifier
• Your cookie choice

Why we use it

• To create and run your free trial account and send you a welcome email. Legal basis: [TO CONFIRM]

Sharing data with Meta

If you accept marketing cookies, we use the Meta Pixel in your browser and Meta’s Conversions API from our servers to tell Meta that a sign-up for the 30-day trial was completed. This can include your email address, mobile number, first name and surname (each hashed before sending), your IP address, your browser’s user agent, and the Meta cookie identifiers (_fbp, _fbc). Who else receives your data
